We had our kids birthday party there recently, it was a private after-hours function. Can I just say this was beyond amazing!!!! The venue was spotless, it was organised, staff were so friendly and the manager was absolutely amazing!!!! We had no issues with anything!
This was our first experience visiting an indoor play centre for my 11 month old. We wanted to test the waters to see if there was anything that she would be able to interact with at her age. She has just started pulling herself up and climbing the stairs at home so wanted to see if there was some soft play that she could safely climb. Overall she loved crawling around everywhere but I would have loved to see more climbing options for her age as the ones they have lead to the slides which she is not quite ready for but loved climbing the few stairs they had and they led to spots an adult can’t really get into to retrieve them when they get stuck.
Came on a Monday and was greeted by friendly staff. There is only one entry fee for the day, so you're not paying by the hour as in some play centres. There are two sections of play, one dedicated for under 5s and the other for 5 and above. The centre itself is not that big, but big enough to spend at least a couple quality hours. Plenty of seating and decent menu for food. Lots of private rooms for parties as well. Ample parking outside. Overall would recommend.
Spacious sitting area, party rooms are well lit, good view of both playing areas if you sit in the middle (which is much better than Chipmunks Macquarie Centre for those who have been), very clean (my socks did not get dirty like they did at Monkey Mania), only comment is that lighting for the main play structure could be improved as the light from the ceiling does not get through.
Came here yesterday morning for the first time in a little bit. Seemed as though its new owners, coffee was actually surprisingly great! Friendly people working there too.
The one wonderful thing about chipmunks is it is not hourly basis. My toddler is 3 years we were charged 13.90$ I think. Which is super worth. Neatly maintained and not too rush. Birthday parties were conducted.

Huge space with lots of fun activities for kids, one of the few that has a separate area suitable for under 4 years old or smaller kids, however I think that all play areas are accessible for small sized or younger kids, as they are well protected and easy for younger kids, also covered with protection layer of mesh that makes everything visible for parents if you want to set on a table and order some snacks while you can watch your kids enjoying their time
New Owners on board and ive never meet a staff and Owners so welcoming before. They have fixed so many things in this play area. Mainly BALL PIT IS BACK GUYS. My kid loves playing in ball pit they have renovated and still doing alot of side fixes ongoing. Other than ball pit small kids slide is fixed new bigger kids ball pit is ready and even all guns are now working. Must must have a bday party here if planning for kids
Came here with my daughter, sis in law and baby niece. My 2 year old had the best time! There’s a toddler area and a big kids area which is great. We came during the week so it was quiet. Food was pretty good too!
